  • Our work is used as best-practice examples

  • We’re an NDIS referral point for other providers to get support

  • We have evidence we’re an industry leader

Speak Up, Stand Up

With more than twenty years of lived experience, Amy and her team have supported hundreds of families in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and all across NSW. And we dedicate our time and energy to getting our message for change in front of the right people.

Because what we want more than anything is to create positive, meaningful opportunities for change to elevate quality of life for people with disability across Australia, and around the world.

WHAT WE DO

We create meaningful change by understanding the barriers that prevent our clients from flourishing.

We do a barrier analysis and develop an action plan that educates and provides the right supports, strategies and understanding on how to enable you to be safe, heard and respected.

We are Behaviour Support Practitioners who believe in the worth of the people we support. We care about advocating for meaningful change that enables people living with disability and their caregivers to have access to as much choice as possible. So they can live on their terms.

Our care is led by

Authenticity

We do what we say and we say what we do. We’re open, honest and believe in mutual benefit between our clients and ourselves.

Respect

We build and maintain trust through family and human-centred practice that empowers personal advocacy. We create safe, supportive spaces for families and practitioners to develop their skills and form achievable goals.

Individuality

We think outside the box to empower the people we work with to achieve the best possible outcomes for their wellbeing and promote holistic models of support.

Collaboration

We work together. As clinicians, we listen and collaborate with families, communities and all relevant support providers who play a role in supporting overall wellbeing.

Amy Hall

Founder

Hi, I’m Amy. I’m an Advanced Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner, Clinical Supervisor, Speaker and Changemaker. I’m a proud Autistic woman with ADHD and have lived with disability for much of my life.

With over twenty years of lived and hands-on experience, I bring fierce advocacy and passionate dedication to help create positive change in the lives of individuals with complex disabilities.

I’m not afraid of asking hard questions. I’m not afraid of not being liked. I’m not afraid to challenge practices that might be harming the clients I’m working with. I believe that my clients deserve someone who will speak up and advocate for them when no one else will, and they cannot do this for themselves.

I believe in lifelong learning, and I’m perpetually curious about people and their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. This natural curiosity and drive to make a real difference is present in everything I do.

Julia Allen

Behavioural Support Practitioner

Hi, I’m Julia, I’m a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in psychology and neurodiversity. As a person living with disability myself, I know how important it is for support to be more than just well-meaning—it needs to be meaningful.

My approach is shaped by both professional experience and a deep belief in co-design, working alongside people living with disability to create strategies that genuinely enhance quality of life.

With a focus on collaboration, respect, and evidence-based practice, I work alongside individuals, families, and support teams to develop strategies that empower clients and honour their autonomy. I value curiosity, ongoing learning, and thoughtful advocacy, ensuring that every intervention is tailored to the unique strengths and needs of the people I support.

At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and supported in a way that is person-centred and dignity-affirming.
